Silk, live feed projector, camera, infrared filter, specimens, UV light
Dimensions variable

This installation makes visible the ultraviolet light traveling through the atmosphere and water that trout are able to see, but humans are not. A live feed from a camera, placed in the creek, is projected onto a silk scrim in a fish house used to study trout in their natural habitat. Upstairs, UV lights illuminate fish specimens found on site, dating back to the 1960s.
